We always aim to turnaround our designs in a timely manner. We work on a first come, first served basis, however we are aware that sometimes we come up against last minute projects, which we will do our best to cater for. Please see below our most up to date timescales and timeframes chart;

Absolutely, as long as your order hasn’t started being processed. Please get in touch with us as soon as the order has been placed and we’ll do our best to cancel and refund you.

If your order has started the design process or it has been completed, due to the way our products are personalised, we sadly can’t refund as they are designed specifically for you and your wedding.
